Ratings and reviews

This book would be difficult to get into if you hadn't read the first book. I felt it had a disappointing ending, as if the book had been chopped. I don't know if I will read the next. Perhaps writers will get it in their heads that good writing will get you to read the next book, not a cliffhanger. I can't even say this was a cliffhanger as it sort of fizzled out. What a shame.

This is a mess. For example, the heroine leaves the male lead in one room & arrives in another to find him magically already there - how? I don't know. On other occasions she plans to interrogate a character, then seems to promptly forget about it & just stays in her room. & *why* does Laney refuse to tell her friends about the mating bond? Her excuse that "it's better coming from him" is pathetic; she *knows* that Daggar isn't going to explain anything & that Kendall is too ignorant to ask the right questions!

Thy tryed to fight the attractions to each other only to find out that it was hopeless thy becsme bonded with out the mating as both sre physics, so when her mare wss taken life had no meaning for her

Since it only snows once every two decades or so, she decided to stay. She lives with her husband of twenty years, their three kids, and way too many English Springer Spaniels.
