About the author
Lubna Siddiqui is a 19-year-old aspiring author from New Delhi, India, who currently lives and studies at an American international school in the wonderful city of Abu Dhabi, UAE. Balancing high school senior responsibilities, she dreams of pioneering a tech venture akin to Google or Microsoft. Lubna’s diverse upbringing, spanning a small town of Siwan, Bihar, and nomadic years across the Middle East, and India, shapes her fusion of Eastern and Western cultures. Inspired by Jane Austen and Shakespeare, she began her debut novel, “You Before Me,” in 2019, crafting immigrant narratives with resonance.
