Per Omnicrazia intendo un nuovo sistema di gestione, che evolve nel tempo, indirizzato alla realizzazione della “società ideale” le cui caratteristiche sono:
Inclusività - Partecipazione - Trasparenza - Temporaneità - Responsabilità
In questo sistema ogni individuo ha la possibilità di proporre, discutere e decidere.
La collettività decide. Il potere è di tutti (Omnicrazia)
La tecnologia dell’informazione può permettere la realizzazione di questo sistema attraverso reti informatiche integrate e globali che siano accessibili ovunque e da chiunque.
