Good book, helpful to anyone. I very much appreciate the author welcoming the readers to skip any chapters that (we) may not resonate with, I made use of that advice. If you're looking at this book, then there's a high chance that you could take something from it with you, for life.

As I read this book I felt as if I had a wise woman sitting next to me sharing the powerful information - tips and quips - which are packed into this literal owners manual for the empath. At 65 years of age I wish I had found this book eons ago when I was often told and became aware that I was ‘toooooo sensitive’ and more often than not tried to bury and/or numb out with food. The author describes many situations which mirrored many situations where I have found myself - I couldn’t believe it!! The author shares analogic stories when relating some concepts which has always been a method of learning I enjoy. She also shares many tips on managing the empathic experience some which I have learned from the school of hard knocks and many tips and quips which are brand new. I highly recommend this book!

One of the best books on empaths I have read. Nothing gimmicky or lackluster here -- solid beautiful knowledge and spiritual advancement.

About the author

Some say she is a dreamer ... and that is true. Lyra is a dreaming empath, but so much more. She is an advocate and champion for those that have been victimized. She is a mentor to those who want to level up on their spiritual path. Lyra is affectionately known as the Queen of Synchronicity because she often experiences events way beyond coincidence. She states her "life is an extraordinary mixture of extreme blessings, divine intervention, and tragedies that often turn to triumph."

To date, her writings have focused on self-help within the holistic healing spectrum. She has been working steadily on an alternative history fantasy series.
