A good start to something more. I wondered more about the Lynch Brothers, especially Declan. This book definitely makes the struggles feel more human, understandable, for all of them. If you were in love with the Raven Cycle, you'll feel Ronans loneliness in this one as Gansey and Blue are merely mentioned. I hoped for more chapters with Adam, but I suppose I was craving Adam along with Ronan. If you read this book and feel like there are pieces missing, that's the intention, to get into Ronans head. Very well crafted.

It's going to be very hard waiting for the next one. I adored seeing Ronan and Adam again, And getting some backstory for Declan was great. What I didn't imagine was how much I would love the new characters!!! It was beautifully written and like I said. It will be hard to wait for the next.
