On more than one occasion i found myself blushing at the main guy's character... it was sweet and romantic and passionate all at once. VERY good read. My favourite parts were the parlour games.

I have a hard time finding books that capture my imagination, but this one was no trouble. From the first page I was hooked. Taking place at the Biltmore Estate is such a unique and wonderful setting, especially since I am new to Asheville myself. Having seen the estate it was a real experience to picture it all in full detail. The book is moving, descriptive and unpredictable. The characters genuine and full in personality and motivation, their struggles real. A must read.
