It has been almost four years since I read the original published version of this story an I wish I was able to go back and read it again to see the differences. Having read every story in this world and the subsequent spin the off worlds, it was great to revisit the beginning. Lukian is basically the father of all the other immortal ops and many of the outcast. When he mates with Peren, she basically gives him the strength to continue with what he is doing. Again, this story was and still is a great set up for the books to follow.

I have been reading Mandy's books for a few years now each one has been as good as the one before. I have read Immortal OPS when it had first came out. I must say the extended version is way better ,it gives more detail into both Lukian and Peren lives and how they came to be. Beleive me this was well worth the wait of it's release. I can't wait for the next one .

If you have read the first edition then hold on tight, cause this extended version is going to blow your socks off! Lukian Vlakhusha, King of the Lycans and captain of the Immortal Ops, a special military unit made up of shifters. Back at HQ after a weeks R&R Lukian and his team are called to the conference room for a new mission. An elimination mission. Peren Matthews is on a night out with her two best friends, but what she actually gets is something she could never have imagined to happen. She not only gets set up by her girls, she finds herself on the run from werewolves, gets taken to a safe house, sleeps with a man she finds she can't resist, and to top it all off she finds out she's more than human. This extended version gives you all that was missing and was wanting to know.
