This book offers inspiration - and great solid advice - on how to restore your body's balance and lose weight! This is not some crash diet where you lose a lot of weight only to gain it back soon after. Instead, this is more a "road map" for how to live healthier and address underlying issues that may be hindering your weight loss attempts. Marcelle does a great job defining the different ways your body may be out of balance. She provides concrete steps to take toward increased health. Best of all are the yummy recipes and meal ideas!
