About the author
Marcello Pazzaglini. Born in Rome in 1940, is Professor in Architectural Composition and Urban Design at University “Sapienza". He is honorary President of International Master of 2° level on "Project Management complex of Architecture - Project Management du d'Architecture. He has published books and essays on the problems of contemporary architecture, the history urban problems and on methods of design. Conductor since 1985 magazine "Metamorfosi - Quaderni architecture" with Gabriele De Giorgi Alessandra Muntoni and with which group forms the Metamorph which carries out the design.
