This Keto book has been a game changer. I own Comfort Foods, 30-Day Cleanse, and will be getting Quick and Easy next. I LOVE how the foods in this book taste like what you would get if you were at a restaurant eating the high carb version of it. I also like how you can make "lazy" versions of the foods. For example, you don't want to chop up chicken thighs for the sweet and sour chicken, or the Chinese lemon chicken. Just bake some chicken, and make the sauce. So easy and does not take all day. Make her marinara, and freeze it for another day. Make meatballs and freeze those too. We have yet to be disappointed with the recipes. Thickest Chocolate Shake is a HUGE hit in our household. Taste better than the frostys you get from a certain fast food restaurant. Seriously, buy this book and KetoOn!

These recipes have reinvigorated my passion for cooking. For an entire week, I made dinner from a different genre. It was time-consuming, but so much fun! Many of these recipes are now in my weekly rotation. One of my favorites from Maria!
