About this ebook

What happens when your next door neighbor is the hottest, most notorious playboy in all of South Beach?

Reece Rowe is on hiatus from respectability. Before she returns to her stable, boring existence of charity events and dating predictable, stuffy suitors who are only interested in getting closer to the wealthy family who adopted her, she’s going to get a taste of what she’s been missing. She screws up her courage and heads to Vincent Ferguson’s office to find out what all the women in South Beach already seem to know about him.

Once CEO Vin Ferguson’s tech company goes public, he’ll have proved he’s no longer the poor, gritty kid from the wrong side of the tracks. But, citing his bad boy reputation, some financial backers waver, and his friends suggest dating a more respectable woman to improve his image. Ridiculous. Because delectable but snooty socialites, like his next door neighbor, are way out of his league.

And then, Reese walks through his office door and makes him an offer. To say his jaw hits the floor is an understatement.

And he can’t believe what she just proposed...

This is a sexy and fun read that I thoroughly enjoyed. I loved the characters and the way they interacted. Reece is the adopted rich girl who never feels good enough, while Vin is the poor boy that made good. They're neighbors who begin an arrangement to meet the other's needs and, along the way something more developed. Too bad neither thinks the other will put them first... If you enjoy the genre, you will love this book. The ending was perfect and brought a smile to my face. Put this one on your TBR list. I'm looking forward to reading more by this author.

Oh how did I love Reece and Vin! The perfectly mismatched matching bookends. They both have their own agendas that positively made this story so perfect. Reece is the youngest of an uber wealthy family she was adopted into as a baby. Out to prove her own worth, she decides to step out of the expected role her family has set for her, moving into her own place with her bestie and setting her sites on her distant, and extremely hot neighbor. Vin has known her since childhood, one incident when he was young with her in particular left him at very loose ends and set him on a course of proving himself. Owning now an extremely successful business that's about to go public, he is the talk of South Beach with his very public and not so private image. His board wants him to clean it up, meeting Reece at a charity event gives him the perfect opportunity to do that. It's the how they do it that keeps you flipping those pages and wanting to know more. Reece is all too happy to help and has her own suggestions as to how. These two have not only history but their own issues to deal with. The chemistry between these two is off the charts and I loved every minute of watching them dance around each other, and at the same time dealing with those unexpected feelings! Gah! So very delicious! There's supposed to be an expiration date, or is there? There's so much more going on here than we can imagine and did that ever keep me sucked into this story. Perfectly written and I would definitely read it again. It's pure romance candy! 4.5 stars
