Very good book, I read it and it helped me win my case. It could have an extra chapter of what is a allowed and what is not allowed as evidence in the small claims court. The info in the book about it is rather limited. The forms are also great especially the Information Sheet about the assets of the loosing party, it's good to ask the judge for it at the end.
