Seligman, PhD, is the Fox Leadership Professor of Psychology at the University of Pennsylvania, the director of the Positive Psychology Network, and the former president of the American Psychological Association. Among his twenty books are Authentic Happiness and The Optimistic Child. His memoir The Hope Circuit will be published by Nicholas Brealey in 2018.
