About this ebook

THE ALL-NEW KGI NOVEL BY NEW YORK TIMES BESTSELING AUTHOR AUTHOR MAYA BANKS

The Kelly Group International (KGI): A super-elite, top secret, family-run business. Qualifications: High intelligence, rock-hard body, military background. Mission: Hostage/kidnap victim recovery. Intelligence gathering. Handling jobs the U.S. government can’t…

Eden is said to be one of the most beautiful women in the world. Her face has graced countless magazines and her body has sold millions of dollars of clothing. But her fame and beauty has earned her more than she ever imagined. Evil is stalking her, determined to extinguish the ethereal beauty forever.

Swanson or “Swanny” as his teammates call him is always up for the next mission. He came back from Afghanistan wounded and scarred. Hardly the kind of man who even belongs in the same room with Eden. And yet there’s something about the quiet beauty that stirs his blood and makes him dream of the impossible. Because Beauty loving the Beast only happens in fairy tales and KGI doesn’t deal in fairy tales. Ever.

The Kelly Group keeps the readers on their toes with this thrilling romance. I was totally engrossed in the book from the very beginning. The suspense builds throughout the story, keeping tensions high as the team protects Eden while on a modeling shoot in Paris, which gives readers a behind the scenes look at high fashion, but the story also provides lots of smiles and chuckles at the ribbing the team members and Eden hands out to each other. I also must warn the readers that they will be moved to tears at some point during this captivating fairy tale romance. Along with all the wonderful characters from the previous books, the story also introduces some new characters that I can’t wait to read more about. See my full review at: Paranormal Haven .com

There was waaay too much repetition and definitely filled with character insecurities. The story started off slow and really didn't pick up until the end with some of the excitement that the KGI books have demonstrated. I almost gave up on finishing the book due to the repetition but I pushed myself to hang in so that I knew the entire story before giving my opinion.

It was a interesting book and I did complete... with that said I would agree that some of the information was repetitive and almost blah. I wasn't to happy how Swanny was made very insecure but I can also understand bcz he has always been reserve and has not completely healed. Overall he has love and I like it.
