A wonderful start to a new series by Melanie Shawn. Teasing Destiny is first in the Wishing Well, Texas series. I have a hard time reading books told in first person sometimes, but this one was really well done. Destiny may be 22-years old, but she knows what she wants and isn't afraid to go after it. JJ is a few years older than her, but after playing professional baseball, he's ready to come home. A great story about second chances, with plenty of witty banter and sexy times thrown in. Looking forward to more in the Wishing Well series.

I really really wanted to love this book. I feel like there was too much narrating and therefore we couldn't get to know the characters sufficiently. I found the heroines friends boring. would have loved to see the brothers more.

Was so excited to see this new series starting by Melanie Shawn, and Teasing Destiny gets it off to a fantastic start! Destiny is the type of heroine who you would want as your best friend. Loves big, loyal, and will be there through thick and thin. JJ is yummy, but always putting his foot in his mouth when it comes to Destiny. I loved the bickering and bantering that went on between these two. It added so much to the sexual tension that was already between these two.
