While her sister was able to walk away and begin living her dreams, Allie is held captive into a life that she never wanted. She longs to leave her current existence in favor of running after her dreams. Just as those wishes make their way from her heart to her head, in walks a man who will turn her entire world upside down and right side up. Chase isn't looking for a love that breathes life into him and gives him a driving determination that he has been looking for when he walks into a bar for a refreshing drink, but that's exactly what he gets. I love the danger, the intrigue, the passion, and the feeling of something that seems so very real. This feels more like someone’s honest life story instead of just a made up work of fiction. Within this story I have found a rare honesty and a breathless love that has gripped my heart and will not let go.

Finding Allie----5 stars Great book. Yes, it has a cliffhanger but this books contains it all, romance, suspense, bikers, first love. There were unexpected events in this book which kept it from being just another book about first love and bikers. Young naive Allie has no clue what her stepfather is up to and has never had an interest in a man. She works in her stepfather's bar and can't wait for the day she can escape to LA that is until the Chase, a member of the Atlas MC walks in the bar. Allie learns things she doesn't want to know and is told to stay away from Chase but the sexy bad boy biker just draws her in. She is warned....but will she be able to resist the draw? Why doesn't her stepfather want her to leave? What will he do to her if she resists? Find out in Finding Allie!! I was given this ARC for an honest review. Can't wait for book #2!! Chasing Allie Book 2---5 stars!! WOW.....I didn't think it would get better and the cliffhanger even bigger but it did..in a big way!! The connection between Allie and Chase just keeps growing. Her excitement in seeing the ocean and Marissa is so infectious. This book and storyline is so well written, character development is on point. Chase leaves, Allie is summoned back by the police. Marissa goes to the store. What happens too Allie? Where is Chase? What do Marissa and Allie find in the house? Will the trade take place? All questions you will get answer to> I was given this ARC for and honest review. Can't wait for book 3!!! Keeping Allie Book 3---5+ Stars! What an ending to a great series!! I cried laughed and was held in suspense throughout this book in fact the whole series. The third book started out with Allie being held captive by the Atlas MC to be given to a Mexican drug lord. The reasons behind the drug lord wanting her was such a shocker but learning who had captured her and who was going to help her was the biggest surprise of them all. So much to say but I hate spoilers so I'll say no more on the plot of the book. This is a series that is so worth reading and I thank Meli Raine for writing a series that was so full of twists, turns and surprises that I hated waiting for the next book! I was given this ARC for an honest review. I recommend this book to anyone who likes some intrigue, romance and hot bikers and strong women. You won't be disappointed. Finding Allie: This is my first read by Meli Raine and I'm looking forward to reading more in this series. The characters are great with real flaws, real strengths, and real passion, the setting was good, and the story-line and discovering all the secrets will suck you in and keep you interested until the very end. Chasing Allie, the second book in the Breaking Away series is an amazing story that grabs you from the very beginning and doesn't let you go until you've read the last page and even then you are wanting more. Intense, addictive, emotional, heartbreaking, and captivating with some twists you don't see coming, Chasing Allie will keep you on the edge of your seat. Keeping Allie, the final book in the Breaking Away Trilogy is a heartbreaking, incredible story of Chase and Allie, two broken people searching for the impossible... a love that is strong enough to put the pieces of their broken hearts back together. Meli Raine has written an amazing story about love, second chances, relationships, family, and finding yourself. Keeping Allie is intense, painful and very much alive. You can't help but be pulled into this emotional story filled with drama, angst, secrets and lies. I was so overwhelmed by the emotions in this book. Meli Raine pulls you into the story and lets you experience the journey of her characters right along with them. My only problem with this book is that I stayed up all night reading it.
