Sexy and beautiful artwork. I think that it goes great with Love Like Ours being able to see what Derek was creating for Talia. I love the splashes of color that each picture has. I turned my Kindle to landscape to be able to see the “notes” beside the drawing that they went with. For me it gave it more depth and feel of what I was looking at.

I also remember that I wanted to “see” the illustrations mentioned in the book and though I managed to sort of see them in my mind’s eye I have to say having this companion illustrated booklet while reading would make it that much more fun. I loved the book and love the illustrations in the booklet. I thoroughly recommend both to any reader who likes a romance with characters that deserve the happily ever after that Talia and Derek achieve. Family and heart are central to the story...as are the illustrations in this book :) Thank you to the author for the ARC – This is my honest review. 5 Stars

What a wonderful artistic depiction of Derek and Talia's love story as seen through Derek's eyes. The sketches are so real that you learn how they met and their journey to their HEA. I also enjoyed seeing Derek's dad's drawings as they greatly influenced the man Derek became. Finding My Girl is a companion booklet to Love Like Ours. If you haven't read Love Like Ours, you definitely need to read it first! I read a gifted copy and all opinions stated are my own.
