Ratings and reviews

Well. I haven't ever been a big reader. I haven't gotten past chapter 2 of any book as an adult. Recently I thought I would try again. I chose this book and actually finished it. I know its only a small book but it was very much enjoyable. I will be buying the next 2 for sure.

I love stories that flip the original. Normally, I'm not a pan fan but female hook and evil pan make for an enjoyable read. Hook's roll as the "good guy" is tempered by being a classic pirate. A pirate can't be soft. I was a little worried the book would stray into sex and/or profuse swearing. Although some expolits are briefly mentioned, no detail is given. A few swear words come in but mostly it's just stated that someone swears/cusses. All around, it's a wonderful adventure with interesting characters. I actually like this version of Peter pan.

Really enjoyed this twist on classic Peter Pan it is very emotional and dark. It is also a heart pounding, action packed and exciting adventure filled with danger, magic, mystery that kept me glued to my tablet from beginning to end. Highly entertaining journey.
