Being both written by the same author, these lecture slides integrate wonderfully with the textbook. Same notation, et cetera. You don't have to "translate" back-and-forth. Moreover, the fact that the lecture slides are published, means that there's no hoping the instructor posts them. They're always there! Dr. Adams very obviously puts a lot of time, effort, and care into preparing these slides and the textbook, and it's very well spent.

The slides provide a useful, concise form of the material in the textbook. These were very useful when I needed a diagram or other quick reference. I hardly had to take notes for the class because of the great balance between brevity and complete material coverage of these slides.

These slides were very useful for looking up information without having to scroll through the full textbook. The slides are short and informative.
