This book is another solidly entertaining book about the MacGregors who if you've read the earlier books you will know are all about family. What a family they are I enjoy reading about their adventures as well as their misadventures. This one concentrates on Cora and Euann's story, these two share an incredible attraction to each other and are great together, I loved how funny everyone's reaction was when they finally noticed. I like too just how well fleshed out all the characters are, I think Uncle Raibear is just so amusing you can't help but like him but watch out for Jewel.

I am thoroughly enjoying this series about the MacGregor warlocks. This one is about Euann the supposedly tech savvy one who is in charge of the family security. One day while checking a security feed he sees a strange young girl and going to investigate meets Cora, who is taking care of the young girl, Jewel. Cora holds a piece of the puzzle that has baffled the MacGregors for years. This novel has it all - a strange child, a MacGregor who has been missing for twenty-five years, a mystery, passion, humour - and plenty of twists and turns to keep you engrossed. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

My oh my. A sexy Scot in a kilt whose into technology. A character after my own heart. Thanks Mrs. Pillow!! Anyway, this is book 6 in the Warlocks MacGregor series. It's Euann and Cora's base story but so much more. It's such a fantastic read & has everything. And I do mean everything. Warlocks, witches & magical creatures galore. It has a kidnapping, a tea party & too many cookies. This has mystery & danger, humor & craziness and let's not forget excitement & steam. I 100% recommend this book, even if you just read it as a standalone. In the series is best of course but I don't think you'll be lost if read as a standalone. Either way, the book is fantastic and worth every cent!
