This is the second story in the "Qurilixen Lords" series. This is a very interesting world the writer has built. I like the story it moves at a good pace. I love the characters. I like how Prince Jaxx and Fiora relationship develops. He is having a inner war between his dragon and human side while he tries to keep everything at bay and keep his people safe. When he helps rescue Fiora his dragon takes notice. The story is very intriguing with some emotional aspects as will as fun times.

Jaxx may be a Dragon Prince but he's much happier in the forest or planning rescue missions! He and his cousin made a pact not to rely on the blasted crystals to find their partner. HE'LL decide the one for him, not some inanimate object. But during a daring rescue mission to retrieve the sister of his cousins' new mate, he also didn't expect to fall for a truth-telling, honest to a fault, blabs everything female! Fiora has been dealt a pretty rubbish hand in life so far, parents were killed, sisters were ripped from her and now she has to see the future for the highest bidder. But she gets a small modicum of revenge by making her visions as obscure and vague as possible. She never expected her sister to find her, no matter how much she hoped. She also didn't expect to literally dive off a cliff with her sister and the same strange bloke who turned into a dragon!!! Jaxx and Fiora are a great pairing and really gel well together. With her unerring honesty so refreshing, Jaxx can't help but fall in love with a woman who says exactly what's on her mind. No mind games with this girl! Add in a great subplots and it's packed little keg of dynamite

Another fun, entertaining story with sweet romance and a bit of action. Like that Fiora has some psychic skill, and I’m on board for alien dragon shifters! Jaxx is wonderful; such a sweetie to want to help others. Good chemistry between Jaxx and Fiora too! Enjoy the danger and adventure in this series!
