Maggie and Griffon are just a part of this book. there is so much going on within the book that it makes for a real interesting book. it is very easy to follow. Maggie is the Mayor and Griffin has just returned after being away for many years. They begin to fall in love and trouble happens. Her family causes most of the problems. I am looking forward to next part of book to see if they get together. It was a good book. and I recommend to anyone who likes reading 2-3 part book series.
