I don't think I've enjoyed another story as much as this one since Ryker and Dakota's story. I also Love the cover, it matches my imagination of Jasper to a tee. The characters in Midnight Rapture are so authentic that the writing makes you feel everything they do. Add a sweet toddler into the mix who adores the big Scot and I'm a puddle much like Freya. I can't even begin to speak of the heat flowing from the pages. Jasper is my dream man, next to Ryker.😘. I received a free copy of this

Then, in a moment of madness, he offers to marry her, in name only, for a year, for $20 mil. Of course, she accepts his offer. His family thinks it is madness, but he will not be dissuaded. When danger comes to his door, will Jasper be able to keep her and her daughter safe? Heads up, trigger warning. There is domestic violence in this book. It also has a happily ever after, which is hard won. Jasper is so sweet with Maddie, Freya's daughter, as well as with his wife. Freya is very strong, overcoming so much. I have read every book in this series, and they are all amazing. This may be read as a stand alone, but is better read as part of the series. One click it now. You won't regret it. I received this book with the understanding that I could leave a voluntary and honest review. In this book we meet Freya & Jasper. Freya is just looking for somewhere safe. After running from her ex she is just hoping to find some way to take back her control. When she is caught trying to take money just to get her basic needs she learns what real safety is. Jasper has no plans on playing with any of the staff. When he finds Freya trying to take money from him he learns how dire her situation is. Jasper decides he will truly show her what it means to be safe. Can they find a HEA or will there always be something between them? Another hit out of the park by this author. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Born in St. Louis, Missouri, Anya grew up listening to Cardinals baseball and reading anything she could get her hands on. She remembers her mother saying if only she would read the right type of books instead of binging her way through the romance aisles at the bookstore, she’d have been a doctor. While Anya never did get that doctorate, she graduated cum laude from the University of Missouri-St. Louis with an M.A. in History.
