was so bored with the lead character. i wanted to slap this girl many times. just describing how stupid she gets when around this guy is insulting. i remember acting like that around a guy when I was 14...ugh i had to stop reading the book somewhere around the 3rd chapter. i am hoping this book was just a slow starter.....if you like your lead female character to be weak and stupid this book is for you.

Ah, Oh my goodness (in Lola's voice) 🫣 I've been lucky enough to get into MJP ARC's program this year!! The enchanting «The Royal Trilogy» kept me in suspense from the first page. The ideal image of a dream man without a soul and with a dark past (very mystical, trust me) and the feisty but charming FMC, took me through a story about true love and bitter losses, pain and sorrow, as well as accepting the present. And finding true values in life. This book is exactly what I love about reading it takes you places, it shows you the true beauty of words. Also, i want to mention the atmosphere of the Greek Islands and modern San Francisco. In this book, it's astonishing🥹 you get absorbed in it's beauty so fast. As a child and teenager I've been obsessed with ancient civilizations, and the History of the Minoan people in «King's» made my inner child *scream*. I highly recommend it.
