Sobre l'autor
Sarah Samuel is a potter and jewellery maker who integrates mindfulness into the creativity courses she runs through her business, Potent Creatives. She has explored spiritual practices and teachings including Buddhism, Reiki and Yoga, attending courses and retreats in Italy, Spain, India and Japan.
