Whatever is beyond description in words is called emotions and feelings and to put down those feelings and emotions on a piece of paper using artistic diction is called poetry.

The sights and sounds of nature, the sweet-bitter cacophony of surrounding environment, the indomitable desire to express the voice of my heart and soul made me write these poems. PORTRAIT OF EMOTIONS is the result of constant hunting and gathering of events, memories, wishes that flow through the bottom of heart.

I hope that one could identity one's feelings if it is read by heart.

MIR RINKU HOSSAIN is final year student at The University of Burdwan pursuing Bachelor Degree in Education. By birth, he is quite sensitive to the sights and sounds of nature and other aspects of life. He was born and brought up in such a natural environment where tranquility and serenity of his surrounding has deeply influenced him and nurtured his thoughts and imagination. To him, poetry is the food of heart and soul.
