On a half term trip to the South of France, Joe and Becks have a terrifying encounter with their old enemy, drugs baron Bertolini – and with a teenager who looks startlingly familiar. They learn from Monsieur that this is his son, Arnaud, lost to him and in the clutches of Bertolini and a deadly cocaine habit. They put Arnaud on a plane for the South of France but are seen by Bertolini’s mob, kidnapped and taken to the drug baron’s mountain hideaway in Corsica. As Joe and Becks call on all their wits and courage to deal with the gun-toting Bertolini and his crew, the action ramps up from a moonlit battle on horseback on the French Camargue, to a breathtaking fight to the finish in the Corsican mountains – and confirmation that Joe’s father is still alive...
