I read all the way through book 7, and I feel like the author could do much better. let me start by saying I love the idea of this series. Unfortunately, the author introduces each character every time he brings them into the story. yes, even the main characters. if you are interested in this LN, please be prepared to read the same introductions a few times in each book. I hope the author can learn from this and start using his/her prologue or maybe a "last time" into to remind us of what happened and who everyone is rather than introducing every character whenever they pop up in the story.

This is a story about a "failed hero" that is thrown away by a trash king and he then becomes Over Powered without realizing it and just wants to live a peaceful life. If you want a light and fluffy story that has some harem aspects, but where the MC chooses only one woman and remains faithful to her, as well as some sexual antics, then this story is for you. There are lots of tropes like the "hero" and the King are trash as well as others, but I love those and they fit the story well. I had a few laughs and loved this story and I can not wait for the next in the series. Also the MC is pulled from one fantasy world to another fantasy world and so that is a nice twist in this isekai story. Due to at least one of the sexual references I would give this story an "R" rating, but I found even that one very funny because of who/what was involved. So if you let your kids read this then they may be asking you questions about what some things mean.

Really enjoyed the story. Except have one little nag about the story. Instead of saying "my lord" to Filo. Replace it with "dear" or "honey". My lord makes it sound more distant rather than they are becoming close.
