Ratings and reviews

The plot is the same in every book. I keep thinking they will do detective work and solve a mystery. Nope, Riley just keeps getting trapped in a room with the bad guy, or trapped in a cave with the bad guy, etc because she's an idiot. Zero character growth or awareness.

Rylie has a case that will test her and those around her. A good flowing plot and series, I enjoyed. Given ARC for my voluntary review

Rylie keeps on being head-strong, and moving the searches in accordance with the leads and her instincts, driving her partner mad. They are back on the road trying to find the commonalities among a few murders that keep on adding up. The leads seem to be dead ends until they find out which place is the link among the murders. Rylie and Michael are now running - more than ever - against the clock to find the culprit before he kills again. A very good, and fast-paced story, which seems to bring Rylie nearer to her roots and to her nightmares. Looking forward to reading the next book in the series. I downloaded a free copy of this book and this is my honest opinion.
