The Lord impressed authors Rita and Joe Allbright to write a second counseling book about spiritual warfare in which they share some invaluable truths from God's Word, and expound on biblical counseling procedures and share many prayers for specific subjects. The book also shares lessons to inspire Christians to mature in the Lord and walk in His will for their precious lives after they have received freedom from the enemy through our Lord Jesus. It addresses negative learned behavioral issues and offers solutions. We are confident that our Lord's biblical teachings in both books will be a blessing to ministers, missionaries, counselors, counselees and anyone wanting to learn this subject matter. The new partner to "Liberating the Bruised" is "More Tools for Liberating the Bruised".

Dr. Allbright has a vast education and a host of certifications. He holds a bachelors degree from Sacrament Baptist College, and has obtained his theology and counseling accreditations from the following institutions;  Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Trinity Theological Seminary, American Bible College, American College of Counselors and the International Christian Institute, where he also attended Graduate School.

 

Serving in ministry and counseling since 1976 Dr. Allbright pastored several churches over a period of eight years before feeling led by the Lord to devote his time completely to the counseling ministry; a service  he has always made available free of charge.  As a result, hundreds of troubled and hurting individuals have been guided to a life of victory and peace. To date, Dr. Allbright continues to counsel people, and he preaches in various churches upon invitation.

 

Dr. Allbright seeks to multiply his ministry by equipping others for counseling. The teachings in both Liberating the Bruised and More Tools for Liberating the Bruised are biblically based and proven to be effective by the results of his many years of personal counseling experiences. He is married to Rita Allbright, and together  have three married children and five grandchildren, and one great-grandson for which they are extremely grateful to the Lord!

Rita Allbright, along with husband Dr. Joe Allbright, has devoted her life to serve the Lord since 1969.  Not only does Rita have published work of her own, but also co-authors with Dr. Allbright in "More Tools for Liberating the Bruised".  This God-inspired work brings much joy to her heart in knowing that even after she and Dr. Allbright have moved to their heavenly home, their two books can continue to share God’s wondrous truths with individuals as well as ministers, missionaries, and counselors who can lead souls to salvation and lead Satan’s captives to freedom, peace and joy through our Lord Jesus Christ!

 

Rita coordinates and supports the "Joe E. Allbright Evangelistic Assoc., Inc." in a volunteering capacity.  She inserts her kindness, talent and creativity to Dr. Allbright's work, enabling her to meet his counsel recipients  in a whole different level and therefore serving them further.

 

Looking back from their October 11, 1957 marriage Rita continues to express her amazement at how God caused their pathways to meet---putting two people together who are so opposite from one another in personalities, abilities, and talents. He knew how not only to bring balance to their marriage, but to His ministry as well.

 

Rita remains grateful for God's unconditional love and readiness to forgive when they failed and strayed! She desires that others experience His amazing grace!
