This book combines a cozy mystery with a side of paranormal, topped with a ton of fun! Aside from the unusual plot of turning your friend into a prize winning pumpkin, the story concentrates on trying to determine who killed the man that everybody loves to hate so that they can get their friend out of jail in order to turn their other friend back into a human. Yup, I can guarantee you will not be bored reading this book! A bonus is that the book is set in Australia, giving the reader new ground to explore. I am from the USA, so I have to admit to looking up a few words, but I consider it part of the fun of spending time in Morgan Best' world.

Love Morgana Best I am always looking for her next series or next addition to a series that I have read. Her books flow nicely from one to the next.
