In Muckabout Outing, the local zoo is in danger of closing and Muckabout School are planning their annual outing. But when local reporter Roger Hack records what the children get up to, things don’t quite go according to plan.

Ian Whybrow is the creator and author of the Little Wolf books soon to be an animated special shown on Channel 4 at Christmas. He also writes pictures books. His Harry series is being made into an animated series for Hit entertainment. Having taught English for thirty years or so, Ian is now a full-time writer, with homes in Harrow, Middlesex and Almeley, Herefordshire. He has two daughters, one of whom, Lucy, is an actress with the Royal Shakespeare Company.
