VITAL BAR EXAM TEST TAKING TIPS
Right and Wrong Answers
The bar examination tests legal reasoning: Sometimes more than one of the answers is correct! PICK THE STRONGER ONE. Likewise, Sometimes there is no right answer given! You must choose the BEST choice of the given choices! Wrong answers are less exact, less accurate, or outright wrong, as compared to the correct answer which is most accurate of given choices and the most likely argument to be accepted by the court on existing law or a good faith argument thereon.
Process of Elimination
1) Eliminate clearly wrong answers first. Then,
2) Choose the best answer among the remaining choices. Trust your "guess" because it is probably right, you just don't remember for certain, and you have no time to lose.
Stuck on a question?
Guess! Make your best guess. You are better off guessing immediately instead of skipping "to come back later" because you probably won't have time to come back to answer questions you skipped. Unanswered questions are guarantied wrong! But even a blind guess might be right!
