About this eBook

This book is seen through the eyes of two year old Andrew. Not knowing exactly what was happening, except he was going to be a big brother. He watched the changes to the family home and my ever expanding belly.

About the author

I can remember writing stories as a child. It was a way of escape to a world of my own. At primary school I could always get good marks for composition. I grew up with Dyslexia not being able to make “head nor tail” of things I read. It was just words which meant nothing. My writing may not have made sense to others most of the time, but it did to me. I still have one special story from my primary school years tucked away. Over the last few years I completed certificates in creative writing and journalism. I am still working on a teen series book which hopefully will be finished within the next few years. Since 1994 my life has evolved around child care, starting In Home Child Care privately in 1994. I became an approved service in 2001. My wish is to have a centre for special needs children, where they can receive medical treatment and therapy’s in one place. Their siblings can be cared for by child carers while they are waiting. Parents can also have tea, coffee, councelling too. Maybe my writing can help this wish become reality.
