When she finally gets the chance to act on that crush, things will be full steam ahead! When consequences arise from those actions, she will make a choice that devastate both of them! Will they be able to overcome her choices? Will they have a HEA? I received this as an ARC and am leaving a voluntary review.

I thought this was a great story. It was about a taboo age gap romance that included some shocking surprises and emotions for the characters Kara and Rick. I got lost in the story and really liked both of the characters. I especially appreciated how this story is kind of a follow up to 'My Dad's Best Friend' and contains the continuation of the story and romance hinted to in that story. I feel this story was steamy and kept me interested until the very end. I received a review copy of this story from the author and am leaving a voluntary honest review.

Kira has had a hugh crush on her best friends father Rick for a long time. She tries to get him to notice her but he doesn’t. Rick is an ER doctor and works a lot. But he sees Kira and how beautiful she is but shes his daughters best friend and to young for him. But one night something happens and goes to far and they have a hot night together. Now that they have been together will they stay together or will he try and stay away? I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy of this book.
