Unexpected Love In The Midsts Of Chaos - I really enjoyed reading the story. I couldn't put it down once I started, as I wanted to find out what happened to the wife and whether Stone and Jenny were able to get their happily ever after. The author did an awesome job with the storyline, because the twist in the story was epic and I didn’t see it coming. This is a very interesting and engaging story that I strongly recommend you read. I received a copy of this ARC and I am voluntarily leaving a review.

What a great book! Jenny meets Stone when she moves to Maine from New York City after she finds out her boyfriend Steven, was actually already married. Her friend, Margaret, invites her to stay in the guest house on the property where Margaret and her husband Stone live. One day, Jenny gets an invite for coffee from Margaret but Margaret never shows. Later that night, Jenny gets a call from Stone that his wife is missing and they are sending out search parties. Stone and Jenny get paired up together and end up hooking up in the woods. He tells Jenny the truth, that he and Margaret have been separated for months and were in the process of a divorce. He and Jenny then begin to have a relationship in secret as they wait until either Margaret returns or she is declared dead. In the end, Margaret returns to give them her blessing and tell them a fantastic story about where she's been. This allows Stone and Jenny to move forward with their happily ever after.

I enjoyed reading this splendid, somewhat suspenseful romance & I found the plot quite intriguing with some unusual events. The characters are quite well-developed with individual personalities & are inclined to be quite realistic with their emotional feelings & expectations. There is: a feisty young woman (Jenny) organizes a search for a missing friend (Margaret) but becomes attracted to her husband (Stone) & discovers that they have been separated for months, twists & turns, intrigue, drama, mystery, secrets, discovery, deceit, heartache, friendship, disappearance, search parties, memories, attractions, confusion, suspicions, contemplation, surprises, discovery, closure, declarations, love, happiness, some steam & a satisfying conclusion.
