Elders often instruct us to say pleasant words for implying positive impressions in the minds of listeners. We often try to speak on any assigned topic in public places. That time we often forget about the mind set of listeners and their baselines of knowledge. These factors often determine their levels of participation in the assembly. If we want people to listen us then we also make ourselves fit for gaining enough capabilities of listening others. Listening and being listened will create a vibrant bond of human relationships through which knowledge starts flowing.
