Dama Beltrán was born in Lasarte, a little town in San Sebastián (Spain), in 1977. since she was a child, she wanted to dedicate herself to world of letter, but when she began the university, she leaned towards Psychology. During those years, she did criminology courses, doing practices in cabinets and even in a prison. However, with the pass of time, she decided to abandon it because she could barely live without noticing the evilness in people. After getting married and having two children, she retakes the old hobby of writing. Her first novel was published in 2013 with the title Deceptive Labyrinth. A thriller that narrates a mental illness and the consequences of it. Due to its success, she continued with the genre of black novel. In 2014, Chronicle of a desire saw the light, which just as the last novel, was very successful. But she got world fame when she published The Duke's loneliness. A Victorian history novel. From that moment, Dama Beltrán focused on the romantic history, having titles like: The Marquis' surprise, The Baron's sadness, Inspector O'Brian's heart and My Lovely mischievous (all of them from the same Knight Series). Then, she began The Moore sisters' saga. Between them she wrote the Old-Quarter series (contemporary and Texan). #Tanalove (romantic comedy), the duke's daughter (self-conclusive historic novel) and the secret of Lord Beast (Victorian self-conclusive history)
