My aim in putting these thoughts out in a book is to pass on the things I have learned and observed in life. Anthony Fomuso is from a family of six children and each of my siblings have played a direct role into who I am. Born in London, lived in Cameroon, and studied in Nigeria and England. Has a BA degree in Religion, interest in Spiritual refl ection, coaching and motivational interventions. He is married to Ornate who enjoys reading ‘My Life’.
