Oh my gosh. Nore and Joaquin are dealing with such dysfunctional family dynamics, I’m amazed that they’ve both turned out as sensible as they are. It was easy to see how all-consuming the chemistry between them was and I spent most of this book just hoping for the best outcome for them. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review. It is amazing how one person can do so much damage but he is taken care of in a way in the end. Nore and Joaquin meet at his birthday part and hit it off. Despite lies caused by an outsider, they manage in the end to be a couple in love. I like how each supported and fought for the other. The broach was a nice touch.
