I was captivated from the very beginning. I did not want to stop reading this book. When I finished, I immediately looked for other books by Naima Simone. I will definitely read more books by her.This story had romance and suspense, it was great! Malachim and Danielle are likable and you can't help but feel for them. I was so happy when they finally realized that they could trust each other with their past secrets and their hearts.

It really touched me on how strong Danielle was , not only over coming past but to also accepting herself for who she is, and to trust someone else again. It took guts. Can't wait to read the next book

Read this book in 7 hours! Couldn't put it down! Such wonderful character development. At one point I laughed while my lashes were still wet from crying. Excellent storytelling!
