Jo was a spit fire, there was not wondering where you stood with her, she thought it she said it. Because of her past she also had a huge wall up, What I liked that the author did with this situation she didn't make it so that whole book was about her walls breaking down or impossible to get through but how Jo can grow or grew. Alex was a fun character while he did keep some at arms length he also had no problem pushing Jo's buttons to get to know the real her.

A enchanting story of love developing despite reservations and determination to ever fall in love. Past hurt stops Jo from allowing herself to entertain even wanting to fall for anyone. Her lesson was learned the hard way. Alex decided to dedicate his life to finding a cure for diabetes. Fate, chemistry, and undeniable pull draws them together. Is it a forever love or a just for now love? I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

Nan Reinhardt gives you another great storyline in Meet Me in River's Edge, book two in The Weaver Sisters series. I enjoyed reading more about Jo Weaver, her family and meeting new characters that came into the story. I look forward to reading more in this series and more by author.
