About this ebook

An arranged marriage is my family’s last chance… I have to marry a ruthless stranger to save them.

Billionaire Atticus Price wants my father's struggling empire. Even worse, he wants me. Immediately. Irrevocably. He isn't a man who accepts no for an answer.

This is a hostile takeover, and somehow I’ve become the price.

I'll protect the people in my father's company, even as my father sells it to the highest bidder--along with me. That doesn't mean I'll be the meek bride he expects.

It's a sensual battle of wills. He's the king of the boardroom, and he'll make me his queen. At any cost. Falling for him is a weakness I can't afford.

TAKEOVER is a thrilling new billionaire romance from Wall Street Journal & USA Today bestselling author Nana Malone. WARNING: Contains a hero who takes what he wants.

✦✨️An amazing new book from Nana Malone ✨️✦ As always, Author Nana Malone leaves me floored, and in TAKEOVER, the first book in her new series KINGS OF THE BOARDROOM, she has mixed her writing up somewhat and given us Atticus and Gwen’s story influenced by ‘Arthurian legend and all things Camelot.’ TAKEOVER is a great story full of intrigue and family betrayal. At it’s heart are two strong and loyal characters each playing the long game for the best of personal reasons. I loved and admired both Atticus and Gwen, but then Ms Malone always gives us characters that stand out almost three dimensionally from the pages of her books. TAKEOVER has so many hidden plot layers, intertwined and overlaid, seemingly wanting to prevent the marriage forced onto them for the sake of a business deal. With the superb and stylish aplomb her readers are used to, Author Queen Nana Malone sashays into the story and rips the rug of happy right out from under everyone’s feet. 5-Stars!✨️✦

I'm a little devastated at the moment by that twist of a cliffhanger, but I really enjoyed Nana Malone's first installment of The Kings of the Boardroom series, Takeover. I like the idea of an Arthurian legend retelling set in modern-day New York. Nana does a great job pulling from the well-known tale. Atticus and Gwen have a lot to work out to make their business/personal arrangement work out, and just when you feel like they are going to be okay... wham, the twist hits you. Im crushed for Gwen and Atticus. Takeover has well developed, likeable and hateable characters. The villainous elements made me want to throw my Kindle, and that’s a sign of excellent writing. I look forward to the next installment, Acquisition.

This is an absolutely gripping romance that had me devouring every delicious word from beginning to end. Gwen is a brilliant, independent business woman who works hard to take care of everyone but herself. When Her father mismanages the family business, he arranges a partnership with billionaire Atticus Price that includes marrying Gwen. they both hold secrets and there are those who are out to destroy them both as well. This story just flew by and I had so many questions, and need next book now
