This is a great book about a little girl named poppy Pendle. Her parents without her follow her passion and what she enjoys doing. At the end Natasha Lowe includes recipes that poppy bakes in the story. A truly wonderful read.

I read this book in the 5th grade and can't find it in my middle school so I bought it on my phone and I could read this book a million times and not get bored cause I feel like poppy some times and I really want to try some of the recipes in the book

About the author

Natasha Lowe knew as a child that she wanted to be either a writer, an adventurer, or to open a fancy teashop. So she did a little bit of everything, traveling from her native London to America where she ran The Tea House bed and breakfast and wowed guests with her grandmother’s shortbread recipe. She lives in Massachusetts with her husband and four children. She is the author of the Poppy Pendle series and Lucy Castor Finds Her Sparkle.
