Four conceptual chapters discuss different approaches to studying European ‘transnationalization’ including networks and socialization. Nicola McEwen is Lecturer in Politics at the University of Edinburgh. Luis Moreno is Senior Research Fellow with the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC) in Madrid.
