An entertaining romance set in small-town Australia. This book was everything I hoped it would be. It was romantic and intriguing and filled with beautifully written scenes. Matilda and Drew were a great pairing. There was a spark between them the first time they met. I couldn’t wait to see them fall in love. But first, they had to get a handle on Matilda’s stalker ex. This book is a great addition to the Welcome to Bunya Junction series.

Bunja Junction is a safe harbor for a teacher escaping a stalker ex-boyfriend. She meets the local police officer and a chance at love begins. But, her stalker is always on the prowl. This is Matilda and Drew's story. She takes a job at out of the way town. She is to be a school teacher with a home provided. When she gets there the house is unliveable. When she goes to the police station she meets Drew. Drew has wanted to settle down like his friends. He ends up helping her fix it up and sparks are flying between them.
