A great story about a deaf nurse who finds a body near her home. Amelia recognizes the body as one of her friends and immediately takes an interest in finding out who killed her. Amelia, struggling with her own issues and her failing marriage, tries to solve the mystery of her friend's murder while trying to find a job and re-establish a relationship with her stepdaughter. She starts to suspect those around her as she finds herself in sticky situations. Who can she trust ?

Loved it. Not what i expected but an amazing page turner from Heather
Gudenkauf.
