It was almost a year ago that, on the most plain and non-descript day, after driving for about seven hours, I saw a sign. I dont mean a metaphorical or spiritually life-changing sign, but an actual physical and tangible sign. It was on the side of the road and was just as plain and non-descript as the day itself. It read, Welcome To Obscurity! Enjoy Your Stay! Ryder Autumns always heard that successes came with a price, but his new celebrity as an author, without his wife to guide him, was way too much for him to handle and he yearned for obscurity. He found it in the most unexpected of places. Or did he? Obscurity embraced Ryder from the moment he passed the sign on the side of the road that welcomed him.
