I absolutely loved this book. It was a quick read, once I picked it up I couldn't put it down I read it in 2 sessions and will end up reading it again it. It's one book I will not be selling back. It tells you about all of the bad stuff that happens to this young helpless child who decides that if no one in her family will help her she will get help on her own. She is a very determined young girl. Anyone who is abused like she was and can stand up and gets help deserves to have a book written about him or her, She is amazing; she defiantly is a heroin.

Nujood was and is very brave. Many people don't understand how trauma- tized child brides are.The sexual slave trade enriches a father's pockets pro- viding young daughters as brides and young sons to pedophiles. Nujood's insisting on seeing a judge probably saved her life. Sex shouldn't occur till a girl starts menstruating. Little girls and boys forced to have sex can end up dying from internal bleeding. Teens or preteens having a baby increases death rates for the girls and infants. This is a must read

I think every girl in the United States, should be required to read this book. The there should be indeapth conversations in class, and home. Our girls have so many programs to help with any problem. Being fat, people don't like them, and girls start allowing boys to verbaly, sexualy and beat them. Yet our girl have one reason after another why they never ask for help.
Nujood's story has the ability to impower so many young girls. Nujood gave me a grown woman strength and an inner peace of hope for my daughter as well as every daughter in the U.S. This young girl lets nothing stand in her way so she can become free from daily abuse. This girl is ammazing and eveer female should read her story you, will cry, become angry, yet in the end you will feel she was given justice.
