About the author
Patricia O'Grady lives on the West Coast of Florida and shares her home with a Yorkshire Terrier, named King Arthur's Dragon Master. She is originally from Long Island, New York. Prior to becoming a full-time writer, she worked as a professional dog trainer and has experience in all breeds. She has raised, bred and trained champion Yorkshire terriers for over 25 years. Patricia received a Covey Award in 2009, for her book, Mirror Mirror Seven Years Bad Luck. It was the judge’s choice for Most Artistic Cover, picked for the book cover that best combined art and design. Ms. O'Grady supports animal rights, and donates much of her time and proceeds from sales of her books to several different animal rescue organizations.
